Orientation Tours are designed to provide an overview of the assignee and help him and his family to make an informed decision by providing a clear picture of Cairo, including general housing and location options, culture, recreation, cost of living, transportation and any other unique factors important to the family. During the tour, we will insure that the specific key locations are visited and questions are answered. Orientation tours are typically part of a preview trip for new hires or an added feature to complete relocation program

TEMPORARY HOUSING

Part of our professional relocation service is providing a temporary accommodation as a short term lease for a furnished property that includes fully equipped kitchen, basic living area furniture, basic bedroom furniture. This service is designed to provide the assignee with a comfortable place to live during a short assignment or till finding the right home.

Home finding

Finding the right home in a new country can be challenging, our job is to make this process as seamless as possible. We will schedule and accompany the employee and family to show them properties that meets their requirements and specifications. We will deal with landlords; negotiate best possible lease terms that include diplomatic clause and early termination. We will conduct a walk through to detail the condition of the property and inventory list.

School Search and Registration

We understand that Finding the right school or day care is an important part of adapting to your new living environment. If your family is adapting well to the new surroundings, it is easier for you to focus on your new job in Egypt. our consultant is able to advice on school availability, coordinate visits, offer cost comparisons to assist you matching your needs and requirements. Every effort is made to provide you with the correct information in order to choose the right school.

Settling-in Services

Our professional setline in service will help with opening a bank account, obtaining a local driving license, local registration, renting or buying a car, mobile phone, etc.

Utilities Connection

Services include connection of electricity, telephone, water, cable or satellite TV, etc.

Spouse’s Assistance

We have a program that is designed to assist spouses in finding employment, studies, volunteer work, etc.

Hotline

This service is designed to help the assignee with any issues that arise during the first 90 days and will be extended if needed.

Tenancy Management

This service is designed to take the stress of the assignee by assisting with payment of all utility bills. Payment of property taxes and “house council” taxes. Coordination and payment of insurance policies (health, liability, etc). Management and coordination of all required repairs services.

Immigration service

This program is designed to help assignee obtaining work permit and all other document that is related to immigration.

Translation service

We provide translation service to all kind of documents that needs to be translated to and from Arabic.

Departure Services

We have a program to help during the return to the country of origin, we will help with the termination of lease, return of the property, obtaining of the security deposit, disconnecting services, and more.

HR Service

This program is designed to help companies’ personal/ HR managing all expense and payment that is related to an employee relocation process. We also facilitate all communications between companies’ personal/HR, Employee and the land lord or any other party during the relocation process of the employee.
